Shipping, Handling and Delivery
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 48hrs on the first working day that we receive your order up until 1pm. Orders received after 1pm may be processed the following day.
The Company will bear no responsibility for losses incurred to buyer when shipping overseas whether this is caused by the failure of their purchase to arrive because of local postal services issues or seizure by Customs officials of the destination country. The company will not be liable for any importation duties/taxes that are incurred. Further more, it is incumbent upon the buyer and/or their customer to understand and obey the legislation regarding importing what may be considered to be a ‘controlled substance’ to their home country/state.
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email to notify you of this.
Refund Policy
We are only able to offer refunds on unopened items, within 14 days of delivery.
If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product.
